I have a brief appearance in ‘Open Country’ at 3pm on BBC Radio4 on Thursday afternoon. The presenter travels upstream on the Thames. I’m at the start of it, in Woolwich, and on the ferry.

Corridor8 #2 now available

Corridor 8 (The Borderlands Edition), edited by Michael Butterworth, arrived today. It includes ‘Listening for the Corncrake’, a piece I wrote about doing a walk across Manchester for an iPod broadcast. It’s nicely illustrated by Sally Renshaw and has a collection of my photographs from the walk.
