A new book of poems, Seeschlange – Launch and reading at Swedenborg

I have a new book of poems, Seeschlange, published by Equipage (Cambridge) in an edition of 300 copies.

I delighted that Rod Mengham has allowed me to smuggle out another fugitive catch of notebook poems, short texts and soundscapes, from his Equipage press. Seeschlange really is about ‘waiting for the past of happen’. And happen better. By way of cut-up, ambulant delirium, raids on archive. I’m not sure where these messages come from or where they are going. But I like the way this small book handles. It takes me right back.

There will be a launch reading with Brian Catling at Swedenborg House. At 7pm on Nov 2.
