‘The Ebbing of the Kraft’, which looks much the same to ‘Jack Elam’s Other Eye’ booklet, red lettering on yellow wrappers, was published by Rod Mengham’s Equipage in 1997.

  Unfortunately it looks like Equipage is no longer contactable, I tried emailing them but the email doesn’t exist anymore.
