Iain Sinclair on BBC London TV: interview about the Millennium Dome (now O2)

Iain Sinclair talks about the Dome and much more in this interview.

A couple of notes:

1) I hope the link will work in the near future; let me know if it breaks (that would be if BBC changed or deleted the link)

2) if you are outside of the UK you won’t be able to watch this video;

3) Iain Sinclair interview starts approx. 3 minutes into the video;

4) if someone knows of a youtube version or if someone has a downloaded version of this video, I’d like to have it for the website – thanks.

  • Spot on as usual. Loved the phrase ‘cryogenic acts’… had me laughing out loud. Trust him to come up such an absolute gem.

    Loved his Dome descriptions in London Orbital, especially ‘teflon toadstool’ and ‘sorry meniscus’.

    I live in Dublin and was able to see the video… I think it’s just the iPlayer that’s not available outside the UK (they’ve got to sort that one out – goes against the whole principal of the internet !)

    Hat and gloves next time Iain – you won’t be so frozen ! ;-)
